What's effective dose of Herbal Extracts

• Usual recommend adult dosage is 30-60 drops ( 2-4 times ) a day or consult with your professional advisors.

• 30 drops is approx. 1 ( full dropper ) or approx. ( 1/3 teaspoon ).

• 2 oz bottle approx. 1,500 drops ( 50 servings ).

• 4 oz bottle approx. 3,000 drops ( 100 servings ).

• Note: Herbal Extracts may take several weeks of continual use before best results are seen.

How to take Herbal Extracts

• Shake well before using.

• Drink directly or mix with 2oz of WARM water or juice/beverage. ( DO NOT mix with tea )
