• For all U.S. orders. $7.95 flat rate or free ground shipping on orders over $50.00.

• The estimate delivery time would be 5-10 business days.

International Shipping

• Hong Kong warehouse pick up:  shipping fee:
  1-5 pieces flat rate is $25.00.
  6-10 pieces flat rate is $45.00.
  11 pieces and up flat rate at $25.00.

• All door to door delivery :  shipping fee: 1st piece is 45.00 and $12.00 for each additional piece.
   

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. We do not pay for international duty, customs clearance, brokerage fees or taxes. Customers are responsible for such charges. Actual shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Restricted Items

Due to import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase. For certain items, a message will appear in the cart along with instructions to remove that product before you'll be able to complete your purchase. HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date and it's possible that a restricted item will not trigger a message in your cart. International shipping to Hong Kong

• Hong Kong warehouse pick up:  shipping fee: 1st piece is $20.00 and $8.00 for each additional piece. 

• All door to door delivery :  shipping fee: 1st piece is 45.00 and $12.00 for each additional piece.

Packages will be hold for pick up in VIP EXPRESS Hong Kong warehouse for 5 days ( grace period ) after arrival. 

Each additional storage day ( after 5 days grace period ) will be charge for HK$1.50 per day. This storage charge will be pay directly to VIP EXPRESS warehouse when the package is picked up. If the package is not picked up within 30 days of arrival, the package will be destroyed and we will not accept any requests for return or refund.

International shipping to China

Before placing an order at Biollnurtrients.com, please check with the Chinese Customs Office about any import regulations and restrictions at http://www.customs.gov.cn. Please be aware there are personal purchase limit set by China,  if your order exceeds this limit, your will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs. 

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with an VIP Express tracking number ( AWB# ) along with instructions for sending your ID to VIP Express for customs clearance.  This is necessary document to process your shipment. The name on the ID must match the receiver's name used at checkout. If the ID information is not uploaded in a timely manner, the processing of your order could be delayed or cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.  
 

On subsequent orders you will not need to upload your ID. You will only need to submit your name, tracking number and phone number to VIP express to process your order with customs.
